• You can choose $99/mo. and $99.00 fee per side
• $175.00 fee per side and no monthly fee.
• ALL – Transaction Fee $150.00/side.
• No Franchise Fees, No Hidden Fees

The above plans are for do it yourself Realtors that do not need broker hand holding.

For those agents that want a place to hang their license:
No Fee – 20% of total commission to ShellStar Realty LLC (1-2 deals per year)
